Is your jewelry really handmade?
Yes. Every piece by Nada Alaaraj is fully handmade, from the micro mosaic to the silverwork, engraving and finishing. Because of this, no two pieces are exactly identical.
What is micro mosaic jewelry?
Micro mosaic is an art form where tiny elements are set by hand, one by one, to form a detailed picture. In our jewelry, the technique is used to recreate symbols such as the Tree of Life, the Black Iris and the pomegranate in miniature.
What materials do you use?
We use sterling silver (925), 18K gold, copper, natural mother-of-pearl and abalone shell, enamel, and authentic Ottoman Rashadi quarter lira coins on selected pieces. The material is listed on every product page.
Can I customize a piece?
Yes, on selected pieces. The gold Tree of Life pendant can be made in custom colors, and the Arabic calligraphy necklace and “You Are My Life” ring can be engraved with your own words. Place your order and contact us on WhatsApp to arrange it.
Why does my piece look slightly different from the photos?
Handmade pieces and natural materials vary. Mother-of-pearl and abalone shell have unique patterns, and each mosaic is set by hand. These differences make your piece one of a kind.
What size are the rings?
Our rings are made in a free size and are adjustable to fit different fingers.
How long will my order take?
Most pieces are made in 3–4 days, plus delivery time. Custom pieces may take longer, and we will confirm the timing when you order.
Do you deliver outside Jordan?
Please contact us before ordering and we will confirm availability and shipping cost to your country.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Keep it dry, put it on after perfume and lotion, and store it separately in its pouch. See our Jewelry Care Guide for details.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges, and custom pieces cannot be returned once production has begun. If your piece arrives damaged, defective or different from your order, contact us and we will find the right solution. See our Return Policy.
