Every piece from By Nada Alaaraj is handcrafted with care, and we take the same care in preparing and delivering your order.
Order preparation
Most pieces are made by hand and prepared after you order. Production time is generally 3–4 days. Personalized pieces, such as custom colors or engraved words, may take longer, and we will confirm the timing with you.
Delivery within Jordan
We deliver across Jordan through a courier service. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days after your order is ready. The delivery fee is shown at checkout.
International orders
Please contact us on WhatsApp or by email before ordering if you are outside Jordan, and we will confirm availability and the shipping cost.
Tracking and delivery updates
We will contact you when your order is on its way. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct at checkout so the courier can reach you.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or is delayed, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] or on WhatsApp, with photos where possible, and we will make it right.
